CHARTER:
- To keep alumni informed and enable them to stay connected
- To provide support to undergraduate chapter (financially and through participation in non-social chapter events)

- Rock Chapter update
- Campus involvement
- Organize alumni events
- Annual state of the fraternity event
- One or two other social events per year
RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER:
- Financial support for fraternal and leadership events
- Alumni presence at rituals, recruitment, and leadership events
- Guidance and moral support
Alumni Officers' Job Responsibilities

Alumni Chapter President
- Conduct quarterly alumni board meetings
- Create and monitor strategic plan
- Negotiate contract with alumni services provider
- Direct fundraising efforts
- Acknowledge significant alumni contributions and deliver special announcements as needed
- Deliver state of the fraternity address at fall alumni event
Alumni Chapter Vice President
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Assist President in carrying out his responsibilities
- Follow up with Communications and Events Chairmen to ensure completion of duties
- Monitor and update alumni and active chapter data and recommend courses of action
Alumni Chapter Treasurer
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Maintain cash flow records for alumni chapter and housing fund accounts
- Manage and approve all inflows and outflows for all accounts
- Produce quarter-end and year-to-date financial statements each quarter for all accounts:
- Net Worth
- Income Statement
- Budgeted vs. Actual
- Manage assets held in all accounts in accordance with agreed upon asset allocation model approved by the board
- Act as a financial advisor to active chapter and housing corporation as needed
- Develop annual operating budget for alumni chapter
House Corporation President
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Communicate with property manager once per quarter (JDR)
- Work closely with active chapter Housing Manager:
- Touch base once per month
- Conduct annual financial review of active chapter house account with incoming and outgoing managers (spring quarter)
- Conduct annual property inspection
- Ensure leases are signed on time
- Collect housing bond payments from active chapter
- Seek out other housing opportunities
Communications Chairman
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Publish active and alumni chapter news quarterly to alumni
- Coordinate newsletter production with alumni services provider
- Encourage submissions of personal alumni updates and profiles by alumni members
Events Chairman
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Plan and coordinate fall alumni meeting event or alumni weekend
- Assist the chapter in securing alumni representation at chapter events
- Work with other alumni to plan regional social gatherings
Advisory Member (must be out of college for at least 10 years)
- Participate in quarterly board meetings
- Provide guidance and input from a seasoned alumnus’ perspective
